Built in 1953 and fully renovated during 1999, the Niza complex has a total of 10 apartments and studios that are built over 2 floors. All guest rooms are air conditioned and come equipped with a kitchenette, direct dial telephone, satellite television, safety deposit box, central heating, modern "en suite" bathroom with hairdryer and either a balcony or terrace many of which have a sea view.

Guests staying at the Niza Apartments are able to use the facilities of the nearby Hotel Mar y Pins which include a reception area with currency exchange services, along with an air conditioned buffet restaurant and lounge bars. Sporting and leisure facilities include an outdoor swimming pool with sun terraces, loungers and sun shades, along with a smaller indoor heated pool with Turkish bath and sauna. The hotel also provides a seasonal programme of evening entertainment with dancing twice a week to live music.
