Built in 1963 and fully modernised and refurbished during 2001, the Vistamar has a total of 144 double rooms that are built over 7 floors in 4,000m2 of grounds. All guest rooms at the hotel are air conditioned, and come equipped with an "en suite" bathroom and hairdryer, direct dial telephone, satellite television, safety deposit box, mini-bar, and either a balcony or terrace.

Sporting and leisure facilities at the hotel include an indoor pool with sauna and Jacuzzi, and two outdoor pools, with sun terraces loungers and parasols, along with tennis courts, a multi-sports activity area, mini golf and children's playground.
