Built in 1970, the Sur Mallorca has a total of 200 guest rooms comprising of 190 doubles and 10 singles that are spread over 10 floors. All rooms at the hotel have a terrace with a sea view, and come equipped with a direct dial telephone, safety deposit box, satellite TV, air-conditioning and full bathroom.

Guest facilities at the hotel include a 24 hour reception area with currency exchange desk, an air-conditioned buffet style restaurant and lounge bar.
