Built in 1970 and fully refurbished during the winter of 2002, the Aparthotel Sunna Park has a total of 136 guest rooms which include 130 double rooms and 6 singles that are built over 6 floors amidst 2,500m2 of gardens and sun terraces. All guest rooms on the complex are air conditioned, and come equipped with a modern "en suite" bathroom, satellite television, direct dial telephone, safety deposit box, central heating and either a balcony or terrace.

Guest facilities include a reception area with currency exchange services, along with an air conditioned restaurant and lounge bars. Sporting and leisure facilities on the complex include an outdoor swimming pool with separate children's splash pool, sun terraces, loungers and sun shades, along with an indoor heated pool with Jacuzzi, sauna and gymnasium. Other sporting facilities on site include both squash courts and clay tennis courts.
