Part of the Stil Group of hotels, the 4 star Hotel S'Olivaret has an enviable rural location, situated in a valley overlooked by the enigmatic mountains of Alaro and Alcadena in north west Mallorca. The hotel is approximately 30km north west of the capital Palma and the Son Sant Joan International airport, and 4km from the residential town of Alaro, where you will find a small selection of bars, restaurants and shops. Converted from a traditional Mallorcan stone house dating back to the Moorish invasion of the island, the Hotel Rural S'Olivaret has a total of 27 guest rooms, including 3 elegant Suites and a further 24 individually furnished twin rooms. All guest rooms at the hotel are either air conditioned or centrally heated according to the season, and come equipped with a modern "en suite" bathroom with shower, hairdryer and bathrobes, along with a direct dial telephone with ADSL internet connection point, satellite television, mini bar, safety deposit box available for rental and either a balcony or terrace, many of which have exterior views over the pool and garden area towards the magnificent Tramuntana mountains. In addition to the above features, a daily maid service is also provided, undertaking a change of towels as required and change of bed linen twice a week. Guest facilities on offer includes a 24 hour reception area with currency exchange services, and both luggage and courtesy rooms for late departures, along with a comfortable lounge bar with fireplace and the gourmet "Es Lledoner" restaurant, offering guests a wide choice of both international and traditional Mallorcan dishes. For business guests, the Hotel Rural S'Olivaret also offers the use of a large conference and meeting room, seating a maximum of 60 people, which is fully equipped with a wide selection of modern audio visual aids. Sporting and leisure facilities available to guests includes a large outdoor freshwater swimming pool, with spacious sun terraces and gardens which are furnished with loungers and parasols, along with a paddle-tennis court and a smaller indoor heated pool with sauna.
