Built in 1966 and fully refurbished during 1999, the Aparthotel San Valentin has a total of 200 guest rooms which include 144 double rooms, 4 singles and 52 apartments and studios that are distributed between a 5 storey main block and 3 additional four storey blocks which house the apartments. The complex is then set in 14,000m2 of well kept gardens and sun terraces. All guest rooms on the complex are air conditioned, and come equipped with a modern "en suite" bathroom with hairdryer, satellite television with music channels, direct dial telephone, safety deposit box, central heating and either a balcony or terrace. In addition to the above the apartments are then fitted with a separate lounge and fully equipped kitchenette.

Guest facilities at the Aparthotel San Valentin include a reception area with currency exchange services, along with an air conditioned restaurant and lounge bars. Sporting and leisure facilities on the complex include an outdoor swimming pool with separate children's splash pool, sun terraces, loungers and sun shades, along with an indoor heated pool with Jacuzzi, sauna and fitness room for use during the cooler winter months. The San Valentin also provides a seasonal programme of daytime activities and evening entertainment with games, competitions and live music.
