Built in 1969 and fully refurbished during the winter of 2000, the Monte Verde has a total of 110 double rooms and 10 singles that are built over 7 floors. All guest rooms at the hotel have central heating and are equipped with a private "en suite" bathroom, safety deposit box, direct dial telephone and either a balcony or terrace.

Guest facilities include a reception area with currency exchange desk, along with a restaurant and lounge bar. In addition the hotel has an outdoor swimming pool with sun terraces, snack bar and a children's playground.
