Built in 1958 and fully refurbished during the winter of 2000/2001, the Mar y Pins has a total of 145 guest rooms which includes 129 double rooms and 16 singles that are built over 5 floors. All guest rooms at the hotel are centrally heated and come equipped with a modern "en suite" bathroom, direct dial telephone, safety deposit box and either a balcony or terrace.

Guest facilities at the hotel include a reception area with currency exchange services, along with an air conditioned buffet restaurant and lounge bars.
