Built in 1998 the modern Hotel L'illot Park has a total of 92 fully equipped air conditioned suites, each measuring 30m2 with a 7m2 terrace, dining-room, lounge, kitchenette, music centre, safety deposit box and pay-per-view television with both Spanish and international channels.

Guest facilities include a 24 hour reception area with currency exchange services, along with an air conditioned a la carte restaurant and lounge bar. Sporting and leisure facilities on the complex include a large outdoor swimming pool with children's splash pool, sun terraces, loungers and parasols along with a hydrotherapy pool, Jacuzzi and relaxation area. The hotel offers water therapy treatments at no extra cost such as saunas, Turkish bath with aromatherapy, cascades, a hydro massage circuit, a counter current system, water canons, a bubble-operated levitation bench and a pebble pool with cold water jets.
