Built in 1960 and completely renovated during 1998, the Illetas Club Playa has a total of 110 guest rooms comprising of 52 double rooms and 58 apartments and studios that are set amidst 400mē of tropical gardens and terraces. All guest rooms on the complex are air conditioned and come equipped with a fully fitted modern bathroom with hairdryer, satellite television, direct dial telephone and safety deposit box.

Guest facilities at the hotel include a 24 hour reception area with currency exchange desk, along with an air-conditioned restaurant with a non-smoking area, lounge bar and television room. Sporting and leisure facilities include a choice of two outdoor swimming pools with separate children's section along with an indoor pool with sauna and Jacuzzi.
