Built in 1973 and fully refurbished during 1998, the Beverly Playa has a total of 443 guest rooms which include 56 single rooms, 384 doubles and 3 suites that are built over 9 floors and set amidst 3,000m2 of gardens and terraces. All guest rooms at the hotel are air conditioned, and come equipped with a modern "en suite" bathroom, satellite television, safety deposit box, piped music, central heating, direct dial telephone and either a balcony or terrace.

Guest facilities include a 24 hour reception area with currency exchange services, along with an air conditioned buffet restaurant and lounge bars. Sporting and leisure facilities include a choice of either outdoor swimming pools with sun terraces, loungers and parasols, or a smaller heated indoor pool with sauna and gymnasium, along with a tennis court and mini-golf course.

The hotel also provides a seasonal programme of activities and entertainment with games, competitions and professional shows throughout the week.
