Built in 1963 and completely refurbished during 2002, the Bella Playa has a total of 214 guest rooms which include 25 single rooms and 189 doubles that are built over 4 floors and set amidst 2,000m2 of gardens and terraces. All rooms at the hotel are air conditioned, and come equipped with a modern fully fitted bathroom with hairdryer, direct dial telephone, safety deposit box, satellite television, minibar, central heating and either a balcony or terrace. In addition to the above a number of rooms have also been specially adapted for disabled guests.

Guest facilities include a 24 hour reception area with currency exchange services, along with an air conditioned buffet restaurant and lounge bar. Sporting and leisure facilities include an outdoor swimming pool with children's splash pool, sun terraces, loungers and parasols along with a heated indoor pool with jacuzzi, sauna and gymnasium.

The hotel also provides a seasonal daytime activities programme featuring boules, archery, rifle shooting, darts, volleyball and aerobics along with live shows and music in the evening.
