Built in 1987 and completely renovated during 2004, the Carolina Park complex has a total of 210 apartments and studios that are a distributed between a main building and several two-storey annexe blocks. All rooms on the complex are equipped with a direct dial telephone, safety deposit box, satellite TV, modern "en suite" bathroom along with a bedroom/sitting room with sofa-beds, well equipped kitchenette and either a balcony or terrace.

Guest facilities include a 24 hour reception area with currency exchange services, along with an air conditioned buffet restaurant and lounge bar. Sporting and leisure facilities include an outdoor swimming pool with separate children's section, sun terraces, loungers and parasols. The Carolina Park also provides a seasonal programme of daytime activities and evening entertainment with games, competitions and live shows.
